Breathwork for high-performers
Breathwork to feel like yourself again.
Hi, I’m Brian. A lawyer who reconnected with himself through the transformative power of breath.
One-on-one and group sessions, plus in-person workshops for teams and communities.
The shift
From chronic stress to calm and clarity.
I help high-performers move from a life run by stress and anxiety into one with room to breathe. Through breathwork, we break the patterns that keep you stuck and bring you back to a regulated nervous system. A place you can feel yourself again.
Calmer body. Clearer head.
Sound like you?
The high-functioning kind of stuck.
You're not falling apart. From the outside, you're doing great. And yet:
- You can't switch your brain off, even when there's nothing to do.
- Nothing you achieve is ever good enough.
- Problems keep you stuck in analysis paralysis.
- Fear of failure keeps you frozen.
- You've tried therapy or coaching. It helped you understand the problem, not move it.
After a session
What you walk away with.
- You work from a steady place, not a braced one.
- You notice the old patterns before they take over.
- You operate from a place of calm and clarity.
- You feel more present, more in the moment.
- You leave with tools to regulate your nervous system day to day.
How it works
We don’t breathe to relax. We breathe to reset and regulate.
“Forced mindfulness.”
The breath quiets the busy, over-analyzing mind long enough to bring what you already know to the surface.
“You don’t need the backstory.”
You don’t have to explain yourself or have the words first. The breath surfaces what matters, and we work with whatever comes up.
“You finally feel progress.”
This isn’t a one-time fix. Session by session, the patterns that kept you frozen (the anxiety, the overthinking, the fear) start to loosen, and you move from a clearer place.
What to expect
What happens in a breathwork session.
Come as you are
You arrive with something on your mind, like a decision, a feeling, or a pattern you keep repeating. No prep and no backstory required.
A short check-in
We talk for a few minutes to get clear on what you want to work on. Then you get comfortable, sitting or lying down, and we begin.
The breath
30 to 40 minutes of guided, active breathing. This is where the busy, analyzing mind finally steps aside.
We work with what surfaces
Emotion, memory, tension, a sudden clarity. There’s space for you to share whatever came up.
You leave lighter
A clearer read on what’s really going on and a calmer nervous system than you walked in with.
No mysticism. No fluff. A practical way back to yourself.
What people say
Early sessions, in their words.
“So much gratitude. This was the first time I really enjoyed breathwork and actually felt the positive effects. Brian’s facilitation and presence made me feel fully supported, relaxed, and present in the experience.”
“I would recommend this to everyone. I never knew one session could make such a big difference. Brian is a gift, and his work goes beyond words. Finally, I had time to feel what had been waiting to be felt. After the session I felt more free, focused, energized, and open to life. Thank you, Brian.”
Ways to work together
Sessions & workshops.
Private sessions
One-on-one sessions built around whatever you’re carrying that day. We use the breath to settle your nervous system and work with what surfaces. The deepest version of the practice.
Group sessions
Small online groups doing the same work, together. Breathing alongside other people builds a shared momentum that takes the experience deeper.
Workshops
Live breathwork workshops for gyms, studios, and teams. A practical introduction to the breath for your members or your community, led on site.
Cold exposure
Cold exposure trains your nervous system to stay calm under pressure. I guide it one-on-one and in workshops, and can walk you through it at home, even if we never meet in person.
About Brian
On paper, I had it all. Division 1 athlete, top scores in law school, a law firm allowing me to travel the world. Always achieving and getting it done.
Underneath, I was stuck. Cycling through anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. Overthinking every move, frozen by a brutal inner critic and the fear of messing up. For years I white-knuckled through and quietly numbed myself.
Coaching and therapy helped me understand, but nothing actually moved the needle. I was trying to think my way out of a problem that needed to be felt.
Breathwork was the first thing that actually worked.
It cut through the noise and showed me things I’d been running from since I was a kid. It allowed my body to process and release emotions it had stored for years. Finally, the fear started to loosen its grip. I stopped living and working from a frozen place.
My mind quieted and I felt myself for the first time in decades. After a while, I wanted to be able to practice breathwork on my own. While living in Bali, I became certified and started facilitating group sessions.
Now, I am bringing this experience here, to those who need it most.
